How it works

Triggers

The workflow starts on its own: a new email received, an invoice issued, a specific time of day, or an event in one of your tools. You set the starting point, n8n handles the rest.

Business rules

The workflow follows your company logic: if the customer is new, do X; otherwise, do Y. Loops, conditions, exceptions — every step is configurable and testable separately.

Custom code when needed

When a special case goes beyond what the ready-made building blocks handle, we add a code step (JavaScript or Python). No limit, no dead ends.

Your choice of hosting

Either the official n8n cloud, or your own server (in Europe or anywhere else). Your data can stay with you from start to finish, if confidentiality requires it.
